Finding the load is easy. Knowing who to call isn't.

A broker's job is to take a customer's load and find a truck for it. The hard part was never the load, it's knowing which of the hundreds of carriers you've talked to is worth calling for this lane, today. That knowledge normally lives in spreadsheets, a rep's memory, and scattered notes. We build the system that turns it into something the whole desk can act on.

Sound familiar?

The right carrier lives in someone's memory

Who's reliable on this lane, who ghosted last time, who's actually cleared to run. It's real knowledge and it's worth real money, and it usually lives in one rep's head rather than a record anyone else can open.

An unvetted carrier can get sourced anyway

Compliance is a policy, not a gate. Under time pressure to cover a load, it's easy for an MC check or an insurance expiry to get skipped, and nothing in the system stops it.

Follow-ups fall through

A carrier you developed six months ago goes quiet, and nothing tells you a new load just came in on exactly their lane. The relationship doesn't end, it just gets forgotten.

Matching a load means scrolling and cross-referencing

One board for the loads, a separate spreadsheet for the carriers, and a rep doing the matching by hand for every single one, with the deadhead math done in their head.

"I think they're good" is the whole quality system

Nothing turns on-time delivery, claims and responsiveness into a number, so carrier quality is a gut call that varies by who you ask, and a bad claim doesn't visibly move anything.

What we build for freight brokerage

A compliance gate that can't be skipped

Prospect through Onboarding to Approved, with a qualification checklist, and only Approved carriers can be sourced onto a load. Enforced in code, not left to memory.

MC verification before a carrier is even added

A new carrier's MC number checks against your compliance data source up front, and a duplicate MC links to the existing record instead of quietly creating a second one.

A reliability score, weighted the way you'd weight it yourself

One 0-100 number per carrier, tiered A through D, built from on-time delivery, claim-free rate, acceptance, responsiveness and tenure. It feeds match ranking, a leaderboard, and your reports.

Load matching ranked, not scrolled

Describe the lane and get every qualified carrier ranked by fit: deadhead miles, lane history, temperature capability, equipment, plotted on a real lane map.

A follow-up board with a real cadence

Overdue, Due today, Upcoming, driven by a written SOP, so a dormant carrier resurfaces the moment a load matches their lane instead of staying forgotten.

A carrier workspace built around the call

Contacts, lanes, performance, compliance, documents, claims and history, with the numbers that matter pinned in view while you're on the phone.

Proof from your world

Two promises the software industry hates making

One monthly fee, starting at launch

Design, development, hosting, and support in one number you can budget like rent. No hourly meters, no change-order invoices, and no per-seat fees that grow with your team. Billing does not begin until version 1.0 is live and your team is using it.

Questions we hear from freight brokerage

We already run a TMS and a load board. Why do we need this too?

A TMS books and tracks a load once you already know which carrier is getting it. This is the system for the decision before that: which of your carriers is actually worth calling for this lane, today, and whether they're even cleared to run it. The two sit side by side rather than competing.

Does this replace our compliance or vetting tools?

No, and we wouldn't build it to. It's designed to check against the compliance data you already pay for, so a carrier's MC status gets verified before they're even added rather than trusted on faith, and the Approved gate is enforced in code so an unvetted carrier can't slip onto a load under pressure.

We're a small brokerage, a handful of reps. Is this overkill?

It's built for exactly that gap. Too small to justify an enterprise TMS build-out, too big for a spreadsheet and a rep's memory to keep up. The value scales with how many carriers you've developed and how often the right one for a load isn't the one you'd have thought of.

Our lanes are temperature-controlled. Does the matching actually understand that?

Yes, that's the part most generic CRMs can't express. Multi-temp capability covers frozen, which covers reefer, which covers ambient, and the matching logic ranks carriers against that cascade rather than treating equipment as a flat checkbox.

Who owns the carrier data?

You do. It's the actual asset of the business, and it lives in a database on your own infrastructure with export always available, not inside a platform that resells access to your network.

Tell us what's slowing your business down.

In a free one-hour call we map what the platform needs to do and tell you which tier it lands in. Within two business days you have a written plan and a monthly number. No proposal theater, no pressure.
