A website that does something, not just says something.
For a lot of organizations the website is the front door, and it is doing almost nothing. Visitors arrive wanting to register, book, pay, check a schedule, or find a document, and instead they find a phone number. We design and build the public side of your operation so people can serve themselves, then host it, secure it and keep it running.
What we build with this
Website rebuilds
A dated site rebuilt around what visitors actually come to do, fast on a phone, and possible for your staff to update without opening a ticket.
Self-service for the people you serve
Registration, bookings, payments, accounts, schedules and documents online, so the calls that used to tie up your front desk stop coming.
Content your team can change
Staff update pages, hours, events and notices themselves. No developer in the loop for a closure announcement or a seasonal schedule.
Mobile-friendly instead of an app
Most visitors arrive on a phone. A site that works properly on one reaches everybody, with nothing to download and no app store between you and them.
What's included
- ✓Design and build, not a template with your logo dropped on it
- ✓Mobile-first, because that is where most of your visitors are
- ✓Accessibility built in, which matters more if you serve the public
- ✓A content editor your staff can use without a developer
- ✓Hosting, certificates, monitoring and security patching included
- ✓Search fundamentals: speed, structure, and metadata done properly
Who this is for
Organizations whose website is the front door: public bodies and districts, membership organizations, and any business whose customers need to do something online rather than read about it and then call.
Flat monthly pricing applies here too.
This service is delivered through our standard plans. No separate quotes, no hourly billing.

Is this just a marketing website?
It can be, but that is rarely the interesting part. The value is usually in what the site lets people do without calling you: register, book, pay, check a schedule, pull a document. We build the marketing pages and the working parts as one thing, because to a visitor they are one thing.
Should we build a mobile app instead?
Almost always no, and we will say so before you spend the money. An app has to be found, downloaded, kept updated, and shipped twice for two platforms. A site that works properly on a phone reaches everyone immediately. We build apps when there is a real reason, like offline use or hardware access, and not otherwise.
How is website work priced? It is not the monthly plans, is it?
It is not. You pay for the build, then pick a care plan for the site once it is live. Builds start at $8,000 and most land between $12,000 and $30,000, scoped to the project; a focused site sits at the low end and a public platform with deep integrations sits well above. Care plans run $250/mo for hosting, patching and fixes, $700/mo to add build hours every month, and from $1,500/mo when there are live integrations underneath that cannot go down. Vercel and Sanity are billed at cost on top, with no markup. We price this way partly because it is honest about where the work sits, and partly because public bodies bid websites as projects against a capital budget and often cannot award a subscription at all.
Can our staff update it, or do we come back to you every time?
Your staff update it. Hours, events, notices, staff pages and seasonal content are all editable by the people who own that information. We are there for the things that need building, not for changing a closure date.
