It also lets us staff your work properly instead of squeezing it in between short jobs. If you need a two-week project, we're the wrong fit, and we'll tell you so on the call.

Starter is one focused tool or process rebuilt as a clean, hosted app. Growth, where most clients land, is a platform that runs a real part of your operation, connected to your other systems, with different access for different roles and AI where it helps. Enterprise is a system the whole business runs on, tied into several departments. The difference between the tiers is how much of our time you're buying. Starter covers one focused piece of work at a time, Growth gives us room to move several priorities at once, and Enterprise is dedicated time for a large system with serious connection, security and support needs. We tell you which one fits on the first call, before you've signed anything.

By how much of our time it needs, and for how long. A system tied into 50 others means more people for more months, so it sits in Enterprise and runs longer. Every number gets scoped once we understand what we're building, and for large or older systems we start with a short paid discovery so the figure comes from your real code. We never price by lines of code or screen count, because neither tells you what the work costs.

Then the timeline moves and the monthly fee stays where it is. That's how buying our time is meant to work. If connecting to one of your systems turns out messier than anyone expected, it costs you weeks, never a change order. If the work really does need more of our time to hit a date, we'll show you the numbers and you decide whether to move up a tier.

Most clients continue, often at a lower tier once the heavy build is done and the work shifts to improvements and upkeep. If you leave, you keep everything. Your custom code, the documentation and the hosting setup were yours from day one, so there's nothing to hand over. We'll do a free transition call with whoever takes it on.
