GO Build Labs

Automate the work nobody should be doing by hand.

AI is most useful when it's part of the work itself. Put it in a separate chat window that someone has to remember to open, and it's usually forgotten by week three. So we build it into your system, where it reads the documents, drafts the follow-ups, sorts incoming requests and flags anything that looks wrong. We also connect the systems you already run, so information gets entered once and shows up everywhere it's needed.

What we build with this

AI where the work happens

Summarizing documents, pulling out the details that matter, drafting replies and sorting things into the right place, in the screens your team already works in. They review and correct rather than starting from a blank page.

Document and intake processing

Invoices, applications, orders and forms read automatically and turned into proper records the rest of your systems can use.

Connecting your systems

Orders move from your website into your ERP. Completed jobs turn into invoices in accounting. Nobody re-keys anything, so nobody transposes a digit.

Microsoft 365 sign-in

Your system works alongside the tools your people already use, and they sign in with the login they already have.

What's included

  • A review of your current tools and the busywork around them
  • AI built into the system itself
  • Connections built the way each vendor officially supports, so they keep working after the vendor's next update
  • Alerts when something fails, so a problem can't go unnoticed for a month
  • AI usage billed at cost, never marked up

Who this is for

Any business where staff re-type the same data into several systems, read the same documents by hand every morning, or where the whole process lives in one employee's head.

Flat monthly pricing applies here too.

This service is delivered through our standard plans. No separate quotes, no hourly billing.

Where we've done this

Case study · Compliance & certification consulting

The score that goes to the DoD, computed rather than typed

A compliance readiness platform for a consultancy taking defense contractors through CMMC certification. One consultant login covers many clients, each kept in its own separate workspace, and SPRS scores are computed from the official catalog instead of typed into a spreadsheet.

Case study · Executive search

One record for the person who is a candidate now and a client next year

A merged CRM and applicant tracking system for a retained executive search firm doing CEO succession work. In retained search the same person is a candidate this year, a client contact next year and a referral source after that. Most firms run two systems and keep that person in both.

Case study · Homebuilding

Sales, starts and closings on one screen, straight from the warehouse

A business-intelligence platform for a national homebuilder, giving leadership and every sales division live visibility into sales, starts, closings and inventory. The ERP held the data but couldn't show it in a form anyone could run the business from.

Case study · MSPs, VARs & ticket-driven service businesses

One dashboard for SLA firefighting and distributor quoting

An internal operations platform for a managed IT services firm, combining Freshdesk help-desk monitoring with hardware buying and quoting against a national distributor that publishes no browsable catalog of its own.

Case study · Construction

A change that starts in the field and ends up on the owner's contract

A project management platform built from the general contractor's seat: a prime contract with an owner above, subcontracts with trades below, and every change passing between the two without being typed in again. Cost budget, change orders, owner billing, RFIs, submittals and subcontractor compliance in one place.

Case study · Sales-driven SMB

A CRM that matches how the team really sells

A custom CRM built around the company's own sales process, instead of bending that process to fit a generic product.

Common questions

How do you charge for AI usage?

What the AI providers charge for your usage sits outside the monthly fee and is billed to you at cost. No markup, and nothing buried in a line item. Usage really does vary month to month, and you should be able to see what drove it.

Is this the same as Zapier?

Same idea, different weight class. Zapier is good at simple "when this happens, do that" steps. We build automations that follow your business rules, deal with their own errors, cope with large volumes and have AI working inside them. When Zapier would do the job, we'll tell you to go and use Zapier.

How do you keep our data safe when AI is involved?

We use the business versions of AI services, which don't train on your data. We send only what the task needs and keep a record of what was processed. 14 years of running security for other people's businesses has made us deliberately conservative here.

Tell us what's slowing your business down.

In a free one-hour call we work out what the system needs to do and which plan it fits. Within two business days you have a written plan and a monthly number. No drawn-out proposals, no pressure.
