Replace the app nobody will patch.
Somewhere in your business is a desktop tool or on-prem application that everything depends on and nobody supports. It breaks when you upgrade anything else, the vendor is gone or uninterested, and the quote to replace it was six figures and nine months. We rebuild it as a modern hosted platform, in working pieces, for a monthly fee.
What we build with this
Aging on-prem applications
That Access database, VB app, or unsupported vendor tool the whole operation runs through, rebuilt as a secure web platform your team reaches from anywhere.
End-of-life vendor software
When the vendor sunsets the product or stops patching it, you own the replacement instead of being marched onto their next license.
Spreadsheet empires
The 40-tab workbook only one person understands becomes a real system with logins, validation, and an audit trail.
Getting off enterprise SaaS
Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Acumatica and the rest are real products, priced for enterprises and sold per seat. If you are paying that every month for a fraction of the feature set, we build the part you actually use and you stop renting the rest.

Our old system has years of data in it. What happens to that?
It comes with you. Migration is planned as part of the build, not bolted on at the end, and we usually run the old and new systems side by side for a period so nothing is lost and nobody is forced to switch on a single scary day.
Can you work with a system nobody documented?
That is the normal case, not the exception. We start with a short paid discovery where we go through the actual system and the actual workflows with the people who use it, so the plan is based on how it really works rather than how someone once described it.
Why not just buy an off-the-shelf replacement?
If one fits, buy it, and we will tell you so. Custom is the right answer when the process is genuinely yours, when the off-the-shelf fit is poor enough that the workarounds cost more than the software, or when per-seat pricing has grown past what the product is worth to you.
We are on Salesforce and it costs a fortune. Is replacing it realistic?
Often, yes, and the reason is usually that you are paying for a platform built for a sales organization many times your size. The honest test is what you actually use. If it is a handful of objects, some custom fields and a few reports, that is a build, not a migration project. If you are deep into a large ecosystem of integrations and admin work, the switching cost may be higher than the savings, and we will say so.
