ServiceTitan and Jobber are good products. Most of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies that call us aren't unhappy with the software so much as with what it costs by the time they have twelve technicians on it, and with the parts of their process they've had to give up to fit the template.

Procore alternative

Procore is a serious product built for large general contractors running dozens of subs across many jobs at once. If that's you, it's probably the right answer, and we'll say so. The contractors who come to us are running a handful to a few dozen jobs, need the commercial side to hold together (cost budget, the change chain, pay applications, subcontractor compliance), and are paying for a platform several sizes bigger than they are.

Samsara alternative

This one usually isn't a replacement at all. Samsara and Verizon Connect are strong telematics platforms, and the trackers in your vehicles are fine. What tends to be missing is everything that happens after the location data comes in: maintenance, assignments, costs and dispatch decisions, which live in three other places.

Bullhorn alternative

Recruiting firms win on speed and relationships, and the software either helps with that or slowly gets in the way. Bullhorn is a capable platform. The firms that call us have usually reached the point where the per-seat bill outgrew the value, or where recruiters keep track of their real candidates in a spreadsheet because the stages in the system don't match how they work.
