Privacy policy

The short version: we collect the information you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you and run this website, and we never sell it to anyone. The longer version follows.

Who we are

This website is operated by GO Build Labs LLC (“we,” “us”). You can reach us anytime at john@gobuildlabs.ai with questions about this policy or your data.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, company name, your message, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need to reply to you.
• Basic usage information. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand which pages people visit and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to work together.
• To understand which pages on this site are useful and which aren't.
• To keep the site secure and functioning.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not add you to a newsletter or drip campaign because you filled out a form. If you write to us, you get a reply from a person, not a sequence.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send you SMS messages. We use texts for three purposes, and each one requires your consent:

• Conversational messages: replying to your inquiry by text when that's easier than email.
• Service notifications: updates about your project, such as scheduled calls, demo links, and status updates.
• Marketing messages: occasional tips or offers, only if you separately opt in to receive them.

Consent is not required to work with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP or email john@gobuildlabs.ai for help. Full details are in our SMS terms.

No mobile opt-in information or phone numbers will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to send you the messages you asked for.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that keep this site and our communications running: our hosting provider, our form-handling service, our analytics provider, our email provider, and our SMS provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics may set a minimal cookie or use cookieless measurement to count visits. There is no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any work that follows. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email john@gobuildlabs.ai and we'll take care of it within a few business days. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), these rights may also be guaranteed to you by law.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly here.
