The problem
Candidates arrived by email, job boards, and referrals, then lived in inboxes and spreadsheets. Good candidates went cold waiting on next steps nobody was tracking.
What we built
We built an ATS with one clear view of every candidate's stage, next step and history. Interview scheduling, feedback, and status updates keep candidates moving, so nobody has to rely on a recruiter's memory to know where things stand.
The outcome
The firm can see its whole candidate funnel at a glance. Follow-ups stopped depending on memory, and fewer strong candidates slip away in the gaps between stages.
