Illustrative screens in the style of the build
The problem
Generic CRMs came with per-seat pricing and someone else's idea of a sales process. The team tracked the real work in spreadsheets on the side, which meant the CRM was always out of date.
What we built
We built a CRM around their actual stages, fields, and follow-up rhythm. It connects to their email and the tools they already use, so updating the pipeline happens in the flow of work instead of as homework.
The outcome
The side spreadsheets went away because the CRM finally matched reality. Management sees a live pipeline, and the per-seat subscription bill is gone.
