The problem
Off-the-shelf ERPs wanted the business to work the ERP's way. Orders, inventory, routing, and billing lived in disconnected tools, and staff bridged the gaps by re-keying data between them.
What we built
We built an ERP shaped around their actual operation: order intake feeding inventory and routing, delivery workflows for the way their drivers run, and billing generated from completed work instead of typed from memory.
The outcome
One system now carries an order from intake to invoice. The re-keying between tools is gone, and the business runs its own workflow instead of a software vendor's.
