The problem

Scheduling lived on a whiteboard and in text threads. The office had no live view of where crews were, changes meant phone calls, and jobs slipped through the gaps between systems.

What we built

We built a dispatch board the office runs from a browser: drag-and-drop scheduling, crew assignments, and job status at a glance. Technicians get the day's jobs, site details, and history on their phones, and customers get automatic appointment notifications.

The outcome

Scheduling moved into one system the whole company can see. The office stopped rebuilding the schedule by hand and dispatch changes stopped requiring a round of phone calls.
